NDIS services in Sydney

Serene Life is a registered NDIS provider serving Sydney. We provide support at home, in the community and through nursing, skill-building, employment, behaviour and housing services.

Tell us what you need help with, where you live and what matters in your daily routine. Our team will discuss the Serene Life service that may fit your needs and check current staff capacity before a start date is discussed.

NDIS Household Tasks

Get help with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and other domestic tasks when disability makes parts of your home routine hard to manage. Serene Life works with you to agree on the tasks, timing and way support is delivered.

NDIS Personal Care

Get help with daily personal care. This may include showering, dressing, grooming and moving safely. Your privacy, choices and daily routine guide the plan.

Daily Tasks and Shared Living

Get help with cooking, cleaning, shopping, home routines and daily tasks in your own home or a shared living setting. Support may focus on building skills when you want to do more of a task yourself.

NDIS Community Nursing Care

Talk with the Serene Life nursing team about clinical care at home or in the community. Nursing may cover health needs that need a nurse’s training and judgement.

NDIS Transport

Get help with travel to appointments, work, study, shops or community activities. Serene Life will discuss the trip, the help you need and the service terms before transport starts.

Participate in Community

Get one-to-one help to take part in community life. This may include hobbies, appointments, errands, volunteering, family visits or local events.

Group and Centre Activities

Join planned group activities with other participants in a supported setting. Groups give people a regular way to meet others, share interests and take part in activities.

Innovative Community Participation

Build skills for taking part in your community with less help. You may work on social confidence, using local places, joining groups, volunteering or trying new activities.

Development of Life Skills

Build practical skills for daily life. This may include cooking, budgeting, travel, home routines and planning.

Behaviour Support

A behaviour support practitioner works with you to understand behaviours of concern. They may complete an assessment and write a behaviour support plan. They may train staff or family and review the plan over time.

Assist Life Stage and Transition

Get help during changes such as leaving school, moving home, changes in care or a new living arrangement. Serene Life can help organise practical steps, service connections and planning around the transition.

Assist Access and Maintain Employment

Get help with disability-related barriers to work. Support may cover preparing for work, workplace routines, travel training and staying in a job.

SDA and Housing Support

Talk with Serene Life about disability housing and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). The team can discuss your housing needs and work with you, your family and your NDIS team.

Not Sure Which NDIS Service You Need?

The Serene Life team can discuss which of our services may match what you are looking for. We will check current staff capacity in your area.

You do not need to work this out alone. Tell us what you need help with, your suburb, your usual routine and who you want involved in the conversation.
